Screenings containers

General description

The screenings container is applied in sewage treatment plants ever often. The reason for this is that there is a larger storage capacity available than when roll containers are used. The system operates automatically, so it cannot be forgotten any more to place another container and the odour problems are taken care of.

Description use screenings container

The screenings container is positioned under the discharge, by which the gas spring operated slide valve is opened.

The screenings container is positioned properly by the guide plates, which are mounted on a concrete foundation.
The truck driver can disconnect and reconnect the screenings container.

The screenings container is filled by a number of discharge openings, which are shut off by the product.

When the 70% level detection is activated, it has to be arranged that the screenings container is exchanged for an empty container.

If this happens too late, there still is the 100% “container full” indicator, which is activated to prevent damage.
